Me > Something a little more personal... From the time I was very young, I knew relationships were of the utmost value, THE most important in thing in life. (Ahh, at a very young age I knew the meaning of life! Smile Smile grin grin). Truly at a very young age, I realized that relationships were what was most important to me and most important in life. My knowing has been repeatedly affirmed by my experience and experiences. Cherishing a friendship that started at age five and is going on 40 + years. Siblings that are my best friends, friends that are family, family that is kooky and caring, a loving romantic spiritual partnership, a love affair with my constant canine companion, AND an authentic connection with those I have and have had the privilege of working with in business settings or individually. I must admit though, it did take me awhile to understand that the most important relationship was with myself. For over twenty years I have been a seeker, doing my journey work to rediscovery, my own authenticity and to heal. Realizing along the way that, this is a process, a life long journey, not a destination. It is no surprise that the innate gifts that are mine, are about relationships, healing and wellbeing. It is not only my personal journey, but it my path, my life’s work to partner with others in their process of rediscovery, authencity and healing. I am skilled, and committed to this work and to those I have the privilege to work with. My facilitating relationship is all about YOU. Your needs, your desires, your hopes, your dreams, your challenges, your journey of well-being. Important to know. I do tend to think of the glass as half-full. I am an optimist, but I am also a realist. Hence my professional experience and expertise coupled with my innate talents and intuition set me up perfectly to be successful in this work. This process is not about changing, becoming perfect or something being wrong with you. This process is about awareness, attention, acceptance and action.
