> Individual Facilitating/Process
“Our work is the doing of the knowing”
We all have choices and we all have knowing. It
is a matter of being quiet and still enough to listen and to hear
the whispers of our own wisdom, and then having the strength, courage,
faith, and guidance to follow what we know.
I will guide you in this process.
There are five key stages to 'the process':
awareness, assessment, decision, commitment, and action.
The experience is different for everyone: we can go through all
five stages or focus on one or more. We will collaborate to create
a plan that suits your specific needs.
This can be as broad as exploring your dreams and
how to reach them, as practical as managing your time or building
communication skills, as deep as uncovering blocks that hinder your
growth, and as undefined as exploring the moment. We get
right to your bottom line and then proceed from there.
Though this process is therapeutic, it is not therapy in a clinical
sense.
As a seasoned social worker, business consultant,
coach, and healer, I facilitate your journey of becoming who you
already are, back to being your authentic self. My talents for seeing,
helping, healing, and facilitating are as innate as my head of curly
hair. I will—with experience, sensitivity, humor, and insight—take
you right to your heart and soul.
If you are ready to see and reveal your true face,
if you are ready to honor and live your
true nature, this work is for you.
So, Ask Yourself:
What am I waiting for?

"We’ve
just been talking 15 minutes and I can’t believe how
much value I’ve received already"
-15 minutes later. "This has given me hope for a situation
that I thought was hopeless."
Mark, Austin, Texas
“
It was convenient in the fact that we could do it on the phone.
I liked how you kept it short and sweet. You introduced the
task at hand, did the coaching and then summed up what was
said and made me come up with a plan to work towards. I still
have my notes!!” Laura,
